HANKSGIVING This is further praise
of God, but it is for specific things He has done for us and our fellow man. It can be
general as in appreciation for the beauty of nature, a prosperous economy, or avoidance of
disaster. It can be for someone we know who has overcome disease or been blessed in some
way. Of course our blessings should always be gratefully appreciated. Some even thank God
for their hardships because they know they have brought them closer to Him.
